Is there a minimum order?
We happily accept all orders with no minimums. If you are deciding among a few colors or sizes of LEDs, go ahead and order one of each. We will get them out to you!
How long will my order take to get to me?
Here at Evan Designs, we strive for same-day shipping service whenever possible. In most cases if you order by 12:00pm Mountain Time, we can get your order into the mail the same day. We ship US Postal Service First Class Mail. The US Postal Service claims 3-5 days for delivery within the Continental US. First Class International takes 6-18 days, depending on the customs service in your area. Customs seems to take longer in small towns than in larger cities.
Can I get my order faster?
If you need overnight shipping please call. We can make arrangements to overnight via USPS, which normally guarantees overnight for larger towns. Call us: 303-410-1118

Yes, we are happy to ship your order internationally.

Can I Mail My Order?
Yes you can mail in your order. Use our LED Mail Order Form or our Software Order Form or just print out your cart order page when you have added what you want. Payment options include credit card, personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Once your payment arrives, your order will be shipped.

Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address for a gift?
Yes. Be sure to fill out the "Shipping Address" with the address you want your items shipped to:  Do you to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Yes. Since we use US postal service, there is no added charge for these locations.

Do you accept Military Orders?
Yes, Military Orders are welcome. Shipping times for military orders cannot be predicted. All military orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service and are then processed through the military postal system. Sometimes there are significant delays between the time that the U.S.P.S. delivers the items to the military postal system and the time you will receive your order.
